John Bannister is the Singapore-based head of tank containers at Seaco Global. Editor Leslie McCune asked him about the company's new ownership and the drivers of the global tank container leasing market. GE Seaco was originally created in 1998 by Sea Containers Ltd (since reformed as Seaco Limited) and General Electric Capital Corporation.
